All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return/replacement period. Kindly check the respective item's applicable return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.
30 days exchange
You may return for an exchange within 30 days of delivery, so long as it is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags still attached.
10 days replacement
Refunds are not offered on electronics or large appliance purchases. All sales are final.
We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may have, either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. In the case of smartphones and tablets, you may also be required to install an application on the mobile to aid with troubleshooting. If a defect is determined within the 10-day period following delivery, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. Only in cases where the replacement product is not in stock or has been permanently discontinued, a refund for the entire product or part(s) of the product will be provided by the seller.
If no defect is confirmed, the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery, a troubleshooting step cannot be performed, or if one replacement has already been provided, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.
For products where installation is provided by Genlabs HealthCare's service partners, please do not open the product packaging by yourself. Genlabs HealthCare authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product. In this case, the replacement period commences from the date of installation.
10 days replacement
You may return for a replacement within 10 days of delivery. For Lingerie (top-wear), it should be unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags still attached.

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:
IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.
The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
The field executive may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
